So I went to a bridal show last year and won a free DJ. We sent two or three emails back and forth. I emailed them saying when our wedding date was officially set and asked if it was still available. Never heard anything back, until tonight (10 months later!!!!), informing us that our wedding day was blocked off for us in their calendar.
A. I never knew it was set aside for us in their calendar.
B. The wedding date has moved, due to Harley-Davidson's 110th anniversary and all the hotels in the region are booked.
I responsed back asking them to call me.
Not sure what to say. I'm about ready to explode, but I tried to remain composed.
What do I do? What do I say?
And of course I still don't have a DJ. This day is very important to me and I don't want to have the DJ not show up or cancel last second.
Please help!
