Ladies,
we are trying to plan our honeymoon end of March next year. we would like to stay at AI and great beach is a must. we would like adults only, but that is not the most important thing. our budget is 5K. what would you suggest?

There are a ton of similar posts below, but check out Secrets Maroma, Secrets Capri, El Dorado Resort, Excellence Resorts and Couples Resorts. March is a little more expensive because it's high season, so you may be looking at 5 nights instead of 7+ nights.

Iberostar has some pretty awesome adult only AIs. I went to one on the riviera maya when I was younger and would highly suggest that area. It's just a little south of Cancun.

We stayed in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, the Palace resort and it was AMAZING. The island is secluded and very quiet at night, and the resort was amazing. It would fit nicely in your budget for a 7-8 day trip.
