Smith Barn - Peabody

Has anyone had a wedding or been to a wedding at Smith Barn in Peabody? Looks like a great place but would love to hear stories, comments, etc! Thanks.

    One of my fiance's cousins got married there. I thought it was beautiful -- very rustic. It was unfortunately a rainy day for the most part, but once the skies cleared a little toward the end of the evening, they opened the huge barn doors to a beautiful view of all the gardens...great for photos.

    I really liked the place, I think it would be worth checking out!

    I looked into it, and the price is right, but it was really hard to get in touch with the coordinator and she didn't have email.  I knew this would have made me crazy so I didn't end up going to look.

    Thanks for the info! That would drive me crazy as well.. I already nixed a place because I couldn't reach the coordinator.

    this barn/farm is so nice. its a real barn not a building built to look like a barn. not sure what they charge but i think it is owned by the town so i guess it wouldn't be much. i might be wrong.

    Do a search and you will find a couple threads about smith barn already on here, with some helpful info. I went to a wedding there and really liked it. No AC so watch out if its a daytime summer wedding.
