Weigh In Wednesday

I think it's been a few weeks since we had this so 'fess up ladies!!  How is it going for you?

    I'm just under 3 months until the wedding so I am going full force, especially upper body.   I want my arms/chest/back to look much better before then. 

    I'm going to 2 Body Works Plus Abs classes per week and a Boot Camp class (which is awesome!)... in addition to my other cardio.

    Weight hasn't changed much at all yet... discouraging...but that's ok.

    After suffering from a cold two weeks ago, I've worked out once.  I've gained back pretty much every pound I lost and I'm really disappointed in myself.  Tomorrow night though I start up with a personal trainer for the 3 PT sessions Steve bought me for Christmas.  I'm hoping he'll have some good advice for me.  I'm also hoping he's hot.  But at the same time, I kinda hope he's not...because right now I do NOT feel sexy and I'm not looking forward to him measuring my BMI.   I would have been totally cool with it if I had met with him 2 1/2 weeks ago...but now I'm just embarrassed. 

    Also, I hate my metabolism and my job that forces me to be immobile for 9 1/2 hours of my day.  I wish I was a morning person like I used to be.  I think I just need to force myself.  I also think if it wasn't frickin' freezing at 5:00 in the morning, it wouldn't be so hard for me to get up and go to the gym in the morning.

    Mariah, I hear you.. I have to force myself. Sometimes it's hard, but when my alarm goes off at 5, I just tell myself either I get up and go now, or I have to in the evening... So I just get off of my A$$ and go. Plus I love that there is hardly anyone in the gym in the morings and it's pretty packed in the evenings.

    I've been going so often that on of the trainers (yes the same one who made the leg press comment) said to me yesterday, "man, you're here like all the time, that's awesome"

    Mo and I just got picked up to be on a softball team. Our first game is next Tuesday and I'm a little nervous lol. We went to the batting cages last night. I'm so sore, but still got up and hit the gym this morning. GO ME!

    I haven't lost any weight in about a week and a half, but I haven't gained any either.  I'm holding steady at my 20lb loss, which is okay.

    I'm also starting to build up my endurance at the gym on the treadmill.  I did 3 miles on Monday and I hope to do at least that much tonight.

    With my bridals coming up soon, I've really been trying to work out a little extra.  That didn't happen last week with only getting in two work outs.  I went to a new gyno last week and they weighed me there and that weight was like 12 lbs more than what I weigh on my scale at home!!  Yikes.  I'm assuming their scale is more accurate than mine...but how depressing.  At least I've been using my consistently and going off that amount of weight loss. 

    I worked out Monday and Tuesday doing Tae Bo and The Firm videos.  I  was planning to wake at 4:45 this morning to work out and that just didn't happen.  Ugh.  Hopefully I can fit in a full three more work outs prior to my portraits on Saturday.

    We went out of town last weekend and then the in-laws were in town, so I got totally derailed.  Just as I was getting back on track, I caught a stomach bug.  I seem to be holding relatively steady, so I'll just be pleased with that and will start to kick my butt back into gear this weekend once I'm feeling human.  If I can lose 4 more pounds, I win a bet against DH and get $200 to spend however I want - I'm looking forward to owning a bicycle :)  Can't wait for spring!

    I'm sucking big time.  It seems like the more I think/obsess about losing weight, I end up gaining weight.  I try so hard to get up  and work out in the morning and I fail every single day.  I end up going at night and then I get annoyed at waiting for a cardio machine to open.

    I got sidetracked by some sickness and plain laziness.

    I went to the gym Monday and Wednesday, so I'm glad to get that back on track.  I've also agreed to go to the gym when Chris gets off work during the week (to keep him motivated).

    I've gained back a couple pounds in the past couple of weeks, but now I have more motivation since my best friend just got engaged and is getting married this fall! :)

    Since I pretty much haven't eaten since Saturday, it's going great for me.  In fact I lost 3 lbs on Monday.

    Last week was awesome, I rocked both my workouts and diet! But then my friend came to Nashville on Friday and we were eating out, and then I moved on Sunday and I've been unpacking and not working out and eating badly. But, I haven't gained weight, and I've joined a gym and will be starting work at UNT next week, so I'll get back into a routine. And, I have to, because our engagements are in 3 1/2 weeks!

    Ive been sick so working out hasn't been a real option haha!

    I did step on the scale this morning and had lost 2lbs... I'm trying to eat really good and work out more- Bridals are April 17th...
