Anyone got started on their website yet? What web host do you plan on using?

We're slowly adding information to ours at weddingwire.com like BMs/GMs as they're asked, reception venue. We put the address on our save the dates (that are going out next month) so people can get infomation ahead of time if they want it.

Yes. FH is in IT so he bought hosting from some friend of his who owns a web hosting company. We bought a domain name and I will be designing the website in some software his friend recommended. Apparently a first grader could make a website with it. lol I need to get to work seeing as how the URL will be going out on our STD's in the next month or so.

Yep, ours is on weddingwire and mostly completed.

We're just ironing out the details like ceremony time and such. But it should be ready when the STDs are sent out in ~October

I'm probably going to use the one that TK provides. Should I check out weddingwire? Is that one better?

From what I've heard, TK website is very, very glitchy. Especially if you set up online RSVP's. I've heard of ladies who've lost their whole RSVP list becuase of TK.

</div><div>Same here for me. I was going to use TK's websites, but then seen how TK eats posts on one of my fav boards. Then I heard about glitches such as the RSVP list and the website being down if TK is down. So I seraches a few, but fould weddingwire to be free, very easy to set up, nice backgrounds and free. :)

Four my TK planning bio (when I get around to it) I'll probably use weebly. FI & I already paid for a 5-year hosting plan for our small businesses a few years back, so I'll probably just pay the $10 and get a domain name aded when the time comes for a public for-guests website.

weddingmapper.com! We tried the TK website, weddingwire, & weduary-- but I need to be able to manually add locations to my map as our ceremony is in a huge park & doesn't have an address. I went a little crazy at first so I still need to go back in & delete a ton of stuff...

We've started to create an app/website on appycouple.com and really love it! They have some really cute themes; I think it's fairly new and I'm hoping by next year they'll get some new themes that match our wedding aesthetic a little better but other than that I haven't had any problems with it.

I am def using wedding wire as of right now. If anyone else highly recommends something else I would be happy to change so I can make it more personal
