OL Tuesday

Dear Knotties,
I made a bad judgement call yesterday.  I'm sorry about that.  I'm not going to lie-it was more than likely caused from lack of sleep and being overly emotional about having a sick puppy at home, so I was in a pretty sensitive mood and for some reason read into a review a little too much.  Nobody's perfect and I never claim to be.

    Dear Bachelor Jake,

Seriously?? Vienna??? I think I threw up in my mouth a little last night.  Good luck with that.

    Dear Dexter,
After taking you to the vet yesterday afternoon, I feel so much better.  I was so, so worried about you Saturday night, Sunday, and yesterday.  You seem better...and I'm honestly impressed that you've been sleeping so well at night...keep that up.  But I'm going to need you to eat your food.  I can't hand feed you so that you'll eat and if I leave your food down, Anna will eat it.  But seriously, thanks for being the cutest, sweetest puppy.
    -your "mom".

    Dear Erika Christensen,

It's really, really weird seeing  you on pre-views for "Parenthood".  Whenever I see you all I can think about is the crazy character you played in the movie, "Swimfan".  So I'm like, "Dude, the girl from Swimfan is supposed to be a mom??  No way, she'll turn them into cello playing, boyfriend stealing, psychopaths".

    Dear Nurse Tech,
I'm sure that dealing with vomit, etc all day long can really get to you.  However, you have been rude since our first encounter yesterday morning and this morning I reported you to the RN and the doctor.

    Dear Nurses,
You have all been wonderful for the most part and I appreciate the wonderful care you have given me.

    Dear Dr.,
I really like you and I'm sad that you don't have a practice, that you just wander around this hospital all day, looking at sick people like me.  You really are terrific and, if you ever get your own practice, I will be your first patient.

    Dear Nationally Known Insurance Company,
It's sad that you are already letting the government dictate terms of care before anything has been decided.  Just because I don't have an IV any more doesn't mean I should really be home.  What I have is very serious (from what I've been told and have read) and I probably should be in a hospital for a couple more days.

    Dear Crazy Routine,
I miss you.  Sitting in this bed all day (except for my walks around the floor) sucks.

    Love to all,
    Julie

    Dear Knotties,

I just got back from the OBGYN and he found fibroids on my uterus. The fibroids are about the size of large grapes and he's pretty worried. He's doing a sonogram next Monday to find out the extent of the fibroids. After that, we'll be scheduling my surgery! Oh my goodness, ladies, I am a ball of nerves right now.

I'll take any advice you may be able to offer me!

    Marlene,
I'm so sorry to hear that; I'll be praying for you! I wish I had some advice I could give you.

    Marlene-
I have a fibroid on one of my ovaries but they haven't taken it off.  I have had pretty decent sized polyps IN my uterus that they took out about 2 years ago with a D&C.  There was no stiches involved with the D&C but it may be different if they are on the outside.  Usually the worst part for me is finding a vein to get the IV in...I really hate needles and when it takes 30 minutes of poking to find a vein, I want to pass out.

    Good luck!

    Dear Marlene,
    T and P your way.

    Dear Wednesday,
Be here and gone already.  I'm ready for the next thing to stress about.

    Dear weather,
Warm up.  I don't need any more excuses not to run.

    Dear Mariah,
No one is perfect and you did what you thought you should do.  You are still a great moderator in my book.  :)

    Dear Julie,
Did I miss the post on what happened?  The last I remember you thought you might have an appendicitis?  I hope you are okay - many prayers your way!

    Dear Marlene,
I have no advice, just prayers - I will send them all your way (well, share with Julie, please).  And please don't think it's TMI - it's not.  We (I) don't mind.

Dear CFP test (for my career),
You are pissing me off.  How am I supposed to have enough time to knot and plan a wedding when I have to study 255 hours between now and July.  :(

Seriously could you take any longer?! These last two weeks have been the longest weeks ever. So bored at work!

    Dear anybody,
As much as I really wanted/needed a job, I really miss the days of just being lazy around the house. This may be due to the fact that this job is just one to pass the time until I start PA school.

    Dear boys,
Some of your pick up lines are just hilarious!

    Dear Serlace,
I've been hospitalized with pancreatitis.  It now looks as if I won't be going back to work until after Spring Break.
