You might want to try posting this on ur local board... You will have better luck there because this board as girls from all over also, when you pick out your dress they will ask your height to make sure it is long enough for you.. I'm on the taller side for females at 5'8 and my dress store said anyone 5'8 and above gets extra fabric added to their dress
And I probably should have started with Welcome to the board
Well, There's Alfred Angelo and Davids. You can order dresses from both places in "tall" lengths.
If you're wanting more designers there's Lewisville bridal, the Bridal Blossom or Stardust. I don't know what they do as far as adding extra length to a dress.
You can order most dresses in tall sizes, actually. They might not have many for you to try on, but it's not unheard of. In fact, Becky was shocked that the shop where I bought my gown didn't order it in petite for me.
Most of the dresses I tried on at Davids were very long, even in the original length. I think they said the Vera White Collection was made for girls who are around 5'10.
I'm 5'11" as well... I ended up with an Alfred Angelo dress that is the perfect length for me, so long as I wear flats... I can't remember any dresses that were too short (but then again I haven't looked in 5+ months) and I tried on many at AA, Davids, and some Maggie Sotteros and Allure as well. So I think unless you're wanting to wear higher heels, you should be fine. Good luck!
I'm 5'10 and bought an Allure sample dress online and it works with flats or small heels. You may not need to add anything depending on how tall you are.
