Bridesmaid Dress..under 100?

I am looking for a black bridesmaid dress for under $100. My MOH prefers to stay in the $50-75 range but will go to $100 if she absoultely has to.

I am willing to buy online because we have had little to no luck at malls or department stores.  She wants something with straps, cocktail like but prefer down to the knee. I am putting a red sash around the waist of the dress so it has to be able to have that tied around it.

Does anyone know of any good online websites or stores to check out? Or have you seen a black dress that fits this description? Please share!

Thanks!!

David's Bridal has some good picks at or under $100.  You could also try JC Penny's and Sear's websites - they have bridesmaid-ish dresses as well.  Since we're heading into the Christmas season, I would guess that places like H&M, Old Navy, Gap, etc. will also start carrying black cocktail dresses around now, so check their websites too.

Did you try Le Chateau? I know its not a bridal store, but they do have beautiful dresses.  I purchased my bridesmaids dresses from there, and they were on sale. I got the both of them for about $200 after taxes.

Have you tried prom dress stores? Many of those dresses are no different from BM gowns and often you can find really cheap dresses at places like Deb after homecoming, prom, etc. If your only requirement is a black, strappy dress, I'm sure that there are tons of them in those stores.

I think you should definitely check regular stores. My girls got their dresses from Macy's for $60.  Ironically, the same dress they are wearing is the dress (different color) I wore in my MOH's wedding, which I got in black at Ross for $20.

Check out BCBGeneration (can be bought at their boutiques, Macys, Dillards, etc).  This brand is made by the daughter of the BCBG designer and is more affordable.  I found mine there that are very similar to what you are describing (black, one strap, cinched at waist so I can add a sash...see my bio for pics).  They were $118 so a little above what you said.  But, they may have other simialr designs and right after the holidays may discount them.  One of my BM who has the tightest budget waited a while (which freaked me out but worked out ok) and got it on sale for $60.  If you are able to, maybe offer to pay for the amount over $100 for her if you find a dress you love that is beyond her means.

Try Ideeli.com as well. They often have cocktail dresses in all sorts of varieties for less than $100. I got convertible dresses from there for $77 (that includes shipping) and my bridesmaids LOVE them!
