Anyone know of any old theaters in the KC area that would be good for taking pictures at?  I know of the uptown and midland, but they won't be available on my wedding day.

    we just went to the screenland theatre in north kansas city on armour road today.  it's a cool space.

    I've never been to either of these places, but you might want to look at The Vox  (KCK) or The Folly (Downtown KCMO). I've been to The Madrid (Midtown) many years ago, but I remember it being really pretty. Again, I don't know if they are available or would allow photos but it may be worth a phone call!

    Oh, the Vox was nice! We looked there before we found our venue (we wanted more of a stage). They have  beautiful ceiling fan, I think it's something like 16 feet across!

    Englewood Theater in Independence (Winner Rd) has a great marquee out front
