its beeen brought to my attention that if i plan to have an out of sate officiant (and obviously i do, otherwise i wouldnt be asking..haha!)that there are rules about that stuff....does anyone know what i need to look for. i am kinda lost. basically i guess i just need to make sure my officiant can legally marry us here right? he is from maryland, so how do i find these things out? is it as simple as "google it"?
