    How many people are you hosting?  If it's a few, do catering out of someone's house, if it's a lot, you could always try seeing if there's a conference room at the hotel where you've blocked rooms.

    I have been to many brunches at bk sweeney in bethpage on broadway. They have a private room available but I don't know off hand how many it holds.
