Our hotel block is good to go! I wanted to make sure I had the information ready beofre the save the dates went out, so now all the info is on our website. The cheapest room is $150, so I'm hoping it's not too expensive. What rates does everyone else have?

I also met with a travel agent about our honeymoon last night! I am more excited about the honeymoon then the wedding. We are going to Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora! Can't wait to have it officially booked, hopefully in the next week.

    We blocked out rooms at two different hotels because over 75% of our guests are OOT. The more expensive of the two is $149/night, the other is $94/night. But it might be just where you live.

    We booked one for $98/night which is a discounted rate b/c of the reception venue we chose. I see you are in CA which I would expect to be a little pricier than here anyway.

    Great checks! And Im so jealous of you going to Bora Bora! I sooooo wanted to go there. But I cant bark, we're going to London and Ireland for our Honeymoon, which will be equally ahmazing.

    As for hotels, the average here in Jacksonville is approximately $120 a night. Like PP said, it could just be the area you live.

    I think $150 is fine. Ours is $95 a night, which I was surprised by because the hotel is in a busy area.

    We're north of metro Atlanta, so our room blocks are $90/nt. I just need to confirm with the hotel owner that we're locked in and ready to go so we can send out our STDs. :)
