Reception dress

I decided that I want a reception dress about a month ago but have not been able to find anything I like! I have tried everywhere, can you guys think of someplace I can get one? I would like to stay as close to $100 as possible and would like it to be short and white.

Have you checked david's bridal- they have white/ivory bridesmaid dresses and occasion dresses like this
