The Commons

Hey Ladies! Does anyone know anything about the Commons in Topsfield? I'm a day away from booking my wedding here but it just seems too good to be true (although quite expensive) Does anyone have any experience with them?

I had my reception at the Commons last December.  I HIGHLY recommend them.  The day was flawless and the food was amazing.   Let me know if you have any questions!

I am getting married there in November and have loved the experience - love the venue! Do keep in mind that there are extra costs such as parking ($200) but nothing like the lemon wedge charges at some venues! The coordinator is super responsive.  The venue is beautiful.  I haven't had the food yet (we missed the tasting) but the food gets great reviews.  Let me know if you have any specific questions during your planning.

    Good luck!

I'm getting married there next Sept and I fell in love w/this place the second I saw it.  Frank and Kristi have been great so far.  We're going for a food tasting next month, but like ccgirl mentioned, there are hidden expenses...the food tasting I just found out is $50 pp, but I think it will be worth it in the end.  When is  your wedding date?
