wedding venue SHUT DOWN 3 months before wedding...help

helllo-

i was set to be married on sun, feb 17 2013 at trio on the bay on the 79th st causeway in North Bay Village. The restaurant has shut down.

Need help finding a waterfront restaurant, like Rusty Pelican, Crazy about you (brickell restaurant) where I can hold ceremony and reception for approx 130 people. Looking to spend under 130/person including taxes.
