  well being outside over looking the water you already have some awesome visual aspects. i'm not sure what you guys like but we're putting ribbon and garland of flowers in the trees just flowing down and flowers.

  I wouldn't do a thing to the outside. Maybe a flower garland looped over the top railing of the overlook.
  
  The first picture indoors is a bit more bland, although the area set up for a reception is already charming. Perhaps create some aisles with chairs and put pomanders on the backs?
