Engagement Photo Locations?

So FI and I are both writers and we're trying to come up with an engagement session out and about in LA that fits our world, but we're at a loss for what could visually represent that.

The only idea we've had so far was maybe outside the Alex or the Orpheum while all lit up? But then it would have to be at night, and I'm sure there'd be lighting issues.

Anybody have any great LA locales for the pics? Either film related or just quintessentially LA?

    Melrose Avenue/Paramount Studios
    Hollywood Cemetery
    Chinese Theatre/Hollywood and Highland

    Night shoots look awesome!  xxquemirasxx had an engagement session downtown at night and her pictures are really cool.  Don't exclude a night shoot just because you think there may be lighting issues.  A professional photographer should be able to handle that.

    I agree with Jagore (since I'm the one with the night shoot) an awesome photographer can do any shoot. Now if your asking them to shoot in pitch black that's another story.

    We had our shoot at night in March, Nataly Lemus was our photographer and she executed PERFECTLY!!!!

    Yes lighting is something photographers want but if your heart is on a night shoot it doesn't mean it's impossible. Have fun with it!

    What about outside of the Disney Concert Hall, or if your willing to pay a fee, the Huntington Library in Pasadena is awesome!!!
