Venue help- budget and allergies

Looking for some help. I'm a college student trying to plan a wedding for just after I graduate- but just before my FI goes back to school, so we've got a very limited budget. We were hoping to find a castle or beautiful barn in the western Pennsylvania area (we're looking for a middle ground between Wisconsin and Connecticut for our families), but most of everything for August 2012 seems already booked up.

On top of that, my FI has multiple allergies (gluten, soy, dairy, corn) and I'm afraid that any place we find is going to be unable to accomidate his allergies ( his family also have gluten allergies). Many of the venues that are set up for weddings refuse to let people bring in their own food and drink, so I can't pick a venue that doesn't have gluten free food and drinks and just bring my own.

I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

I have Celiac myself, and am doing an outdoor wedding at Greendance winery in Mt. Pleasant, PA. It's not a barn or castle, but it's very pretty and affordable. They have an exclusive caterer who has a Celiac in their family, so they're very accomidating. We did the tasting, and I didn't get glutened. I'd reccommend it! Finding food I could eat without worrying about getting sick was a huge concern for me, and I'm not worried about it at all now.

Try the Castle at Wilmerding:   http://www.wilmerdingrenewed.org/index.html

I don't know too much about it, though... only that my friend's sister had her reception there. I'm not sure if they have in-house chefs, if not, then you can just bring in an outside caterer of your choice (that can accomodate for food allergies.. there's gotta be an organic/gluten-free caterer or some sort in the area). I'm not sure how many venues that provide their own food can accommodate those types of food allergies... you'll probably have to do a lot of calling around.  Good luck!
