I came across an article while reading my National Enquirer this evening. Apparently this woman has everything set up for her Feb 15, 2011 wedding. The venue, her dress, pretty much everything except one very important thing... THE FUTURE HUSBAND.
From what it seems, there isn't even a boyfriend.
I'm surprised she's not posting here.

I'm not good at feelings.

Re: Project Husband
That is beyond disturbing. I'm questioning whether she tells the men she dates about her pet "project," and if so, how quickly they're out the door? or if not, how she's planning to prod him into such a short-term engagement... Now I have something to do while the FH watches his precious baseball team - I'm going to thoroughly research this woman and her project.
FH has to put in his two cents for her chosen prey: "I'd excuse myself to the bathroom and run the *&$@! away."
She also claims that feedback for the whole thing has been almost entirely positive save for a few, something that I find kind of hard to believe. And if it is true that so many people think this is supertotallyawesome, I weep.
I'm just curious to see when that day comes and she still doesn't have a man...Is she still going to show up since everything is paid for?
The fact that our (presuming she's American) culture places so much emphasis on weddings, to the point where she feels the need to do this, makes me really sad.
Though she seems to have embraced her crazy... so, at least there's that.

She said she will still show up and just throw a big party. And I bet thats what happens. I don't think there is any guy who isn't going to run away from this sort of BSCness. She seems like a sweet person but this is just crazy. She needs to drop the whole thing.

Me too. I'm also curious if the vendors will work with her if the date comes up and won't be getting married, since she has been getting some publicity with this stunt.

She also said (and her vendors have agreed to it) that if she doesn't get married that day she'll donate it all to another couple so that "<em>someone</em> gets married that day."
Cue BF and I saying we need to become best friends with this chick STAT <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-innocent.gif" border="0" alt="Innocent" title="Innocent" />
