Change to "half-past four" or "four-thirty" - otherwise great. :)

Leave the "half-past" it's traditional. Unless you go more contempory with the invites.

In an invitation very little punctuation is used.  Do not put the comma after daughter.  The comma before Jr. is optional.

Your use of half after four o'clock is perfectly fine.  Many people will say that half past should only be used for a funeral.

Also, many people will say that you should not include "in the afternoon" because you would not be getting married at four in the morning but it flows well and is generally acceptable, so leave it.

Do not use the ampersand, write out Mr. and Mrs.

Since you've already requested the honour of their presence, I'd do something totally different on the the reception card:
    Dinner and Dancing
    six o'clock in the evening
    The Winter Park Farmer's Market
    200 West New England Avenue

    Winter Park, Florida

    You're good, MOB.

I still think 'half after four' sounds funny, but that's probably just me. ;)

Thanks but I'm not that good.  My daughter put me in charge of her invitations and I did a ton of research so I wouldn't make mistakes and have to answer to an upset bride :-)
