Not too many more weeks! I hope you ladies were a lot more productive than I was this past week lol. I have so much to do and I literally kinda did nothing.

Busy week!

this coming week...
Second dress fitting for my sleeves thursday and pick out blusher
meet with the cake lady friday to give her supplies and discuss final cake arrangements
pick up marriage license sometime this week
order linens? or atleast sample linens
get to the crafts store for supplies; more spray paint, stickers, organza favor bags, fall garland

upcoming weeks
still waiting on backorder on shoes
make sure groomsmens have ordered all their attire
finish rolling up and tying wedding programs
call hotel
reserve RD
get my crazy eyebrows waxed!
attempt to look for simple white dress...not having luck....
order groomsmen hats
order my sons boots
and i am sure there is sooo much more.....

This past week:

- Groomsen gifts done (wallets from coach)

- My mom's gift bought (swarvoski earrings)

- FI's parents gift figured out (nice bottle of wine, framed pic after the wedding)

- Ceremony readings finalized

- Charger plates purchased

This next week:

- Order groomsmen suits (a MUST)

- Talk with string quartet (FI's friend is a wonderful singer and offered to sing 'All I ask of You' for the ceremony- I'm very excited, I love that song!)

- Mom might work on table number/escort card ideas at work if she has time

Last week:
-Had final fitting. Happy to have my dress home with me again
-Bought 95% of what I needed for the emergency kits
-Finished our chair signs (had the signs made months ago just hadn't tied the ribbon on) and figured out that now that we have chair covers that they will go in front of us on the table (glad about this because I spent a lot of time on them and now everyone will see!)
-Gave the stamp of approval to the tulle my mom and her friend want to add to the chairs that line the aisle (these little things arent something I get all excited over but they do so I let them run with it to be involved)
-have the seating set up using Wedding Wire and will just rearrange as people RSVP and the "no's" are removed from the chart
-started to break in shoes
-caught up on thank you notes for the few gifts we have received already

This week:
-Fill out marriage license application (not getting until Labor Day but can submit online)
- Finish WP presents
- Work more on music
-continue to break in shoes
-Buy wedding DJ app
-work on sh0t list for photographer
-work on MC script
-order pictures for frames for decor

this past week:
-spray painted the bird cages, finally! (this has been on my list for like 5 months)
-got the escort cards in the mail
-finalized details with limo
-finalized details with photographer
-worked on the seating chart (i think i have it mostly done?)
-looked at luggage, i think we decided on some
-worked on the books for my dad
-worked on cropping pictures for the slideshow
-had second fitting, it fits SO well! and SO excited for the bustle!

this week:
-finish all books & order
-order dan's dad's present
-buy luggage
-order camera
-begin escort cards
-choose our first dance song
-pay florist final balance
-pay DJ final balance

ah so much to do! i forget everything that i accomplish!

dropped birdcage off at my aunt's house so she can decorate it

this week:
finals meeting with venue
look into marriage license
collect pictures for photo montage as part of dj package
figure out what to give my brothers (bridesmen!)
work on ceremony program
bachelorette/bachelor parties!

i feel like i'm slacking.

-FI picked up his suit
-FI found shoes!
-FI found a tie!
-had my hair trial

-ordered reception decor from etsy
-just about ready to order BM gifts
-met with FMIL at rehearsal dinner site; went over menu
-scheduled makeup trial (8/27)

This week:
-order BM gifts
-LIMO!!!
-finalize ceremony readings
-get in touch with deacon
-finish registry
-attend bridal shower (not mine)
-RSVP cut off date is 8/18 (I swear I don't understand what the big deal is getting this done on time!! I'm so with all of you regarding this issue!)

I got knocked out for 4 days with a stomach bug so this wasn't the most productive week.

Last week:

Ordered and received FH and BM's ties.

Started making a packing list for the wedding weekend

Sent check for balance on rental house

Next week:

Follow up with venue about final pricing

Schedule a final planning meeting with venue for the end of the month

Shop for after party outfit (this may take several tries)

Find packaging for stupid favors (ongoing issue)

Finalize the damn ceremony

Talk to photographer friend about equipment needs

Make a list of required photos

Possibly set a date to meet with photographer next week

Email friend about day-after brunch

Possibly take BM to get his outfit
