Here's my answers:

1) Seeing family and friends that I haven't seen in a while. One of my bridesmaids and her boyfriend are flying in from Turkey, and I'm so excited to see her and meet him. I also can't wait for my FI to see me for the first time as I walk down the aisle.

2) The fact that it may rain and our ceremony is outdoors.

3) Contacting people who didn't RSVP.

4) Ceremony and reception will both be at a golf course.

5) Our book theme. We are making centerpieces using our favorite books. For favors, we will have sleeves with tassels so our guests can turn their photo strip into a book mark.

6) My dress, of course, and my blue garter.

7) Processional: Instrumental version of "In My Life" by the Beatles. First Dance: "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong.

8) Cupcakes (half chocolate with chocolate filling and frosting, half white with white frosting and raspberry filling).

I am excited to see his face when I walk out. All he keeps telling his friends is he has no clue how I will look in my dress but he is sure I'll be just as pretty as I am now haha

Walking out in front of everyone and being the center of attention for about a minute, All eyes on me is a scary thing ( I have a fear of tripping)

3) Aspect of the wedding that has been the most difficult to create or plan

Um food and decor. I was so back and forth on what would look right and taste right and match together. I still have to decide on food this Sunday.

4) Location of wedding and ceremony (church, golf course, park shelter, etc.)

We are using a venue that holds both the wedding and reception and that's all they do.

5) Favorite wedding detail

Honestly? Photobooth favors (which I got from colstj!)

6) Favorite part of your attire/appearance

My dress. It's gorgeous!

I am walking down to the Bridal March by Jonathan Cain and our first dance song is Uncle Kracker's Smile

8) Type of cake you are having

2 layers will be white cake with strawberry and the other will be chocoalte with a chocolate ganache filling. Yummy!

Aug 4th.....

1) Aspect of the wedding day you are most excited about,

other than the moment where you actually get married-this is hard. All I can think about is saying my vows and becoming his wife. I guess other than that I'm most excited for the honeymoon (we're going to try for a baby right away)

2) Aspect of the wedding day you are most nervous about-being in the spot light/the
"dollar dance"-we are using fake dollars because I hate the thought of asking guests to pay (I am painfully shy and the thought of dancing with all those strangers is killing me)

3) Aspect of the wedding that has been the most difficult to create or plan-my dress...i bought it on line and lost a ton of weight and it was HUGH and alteratons have been worse than anything else...a close second was picking the bridesmaid dresses...everyone wanted something different

4) Location of wedding and ceremony (church, golf course, park shelter, etc.)-wedding is at a church, reception at a restaurant 30 min away

5) Favorite wedding detail-does my FI count?

We're having a live band, which is going to be sweet. I don't usually like to dance, but I think the live music will make the difference.

2) Aspect of the wedding day you are most nervous about

Having all eyes on me all day...I just don't like that very much. It will exhaust me, I'm sure!

3) Aspect of the wedding that has been the most difficult to create or plan

The band seemed to have a lot of technical needs. RSVPs were no joke, either.

I love all the details that we included because we're both English teachers...books, pencils, crossword puzzles, etc.

6) Favorite part of your attire/appearance

Tough one...I love that I'm wearing jewelry that my fiance picked out for my birthday last year. That makes in special. And, of course, I love my dress. Also, my mom is making me a veil, which is very cool.

We're walking to 'Glasgow Love Theme' (yes, it's from "Love Actually")

8) Type of cake you are having

SO EXCITED for wedding cupcakes. Three flavors: french vanilla raspberry, pumpkin, and chocolate/peanut butter. I may have to skip dinner so I can try them all!

Seeing all of our friends and family together and happy

Hmm, not sure. Nothing specifically jumps out as being significantly more stressful. Perhaps the centerpieces as me and fiance had a vision but it took a few failed attempts to get that to become a thing

Both the wedding and ceremony are being held inside and old school theater.

Not sure. I love my dress, the centerpieces, my vows.

hands down, my dress. My dress is white with a corset back and a beautiful blue train.

Most excited about having so many family members and friends there. I have family members that live all over the place, so to have them all together will be wonderful.

Having all eyes on me...not great at being the center of attention, and the weather (everything is inside, but still...)

Table assignments! Such a headache (though I'm so glad we're having them because it will save a lot of headaches the day of...) And getting all of the RSVPs back...seriously people, we gave you a stamped envelope, you just check a box and stick it in the mail!

In a non-denominational chapel

The old train station/ hotel where the ceremony is being held, the candy bar and the mashed potato bar

Waiting to find out my stepson could come home to be his dads best man. He is in the army, but YES he will be home.

My something "old", my grandmothers hankerchief, "new" my dress, which I made, "borrowed" my necklace and earings from a dear friend, and "blue", my dress label with mine& FI name and wedding date sewn into it. And my lavender shoes

Augst 24th

5) Location. I've always dreamed of just having drinks there, so can't believe I get to get married there. Also, FIREPIT!

6) My dress. Still sad I couldn't find designer shoes at the Nordstrom sale.

7) Blanking on aisle song right now. First dance is Lucky by Mraz/Caillat.

8) Yellow dirty iced with vanilla buttercream and fondant, and filled with a champagne mousse with strawberries. Nom nom nom.

1) Aspect of the wedding day you are most excited about, - I lovell the words we picked out together for the ceremony and know that they will make it very special, and I am also excited about getting the beutiful pictures of us and our friends and family and our day

2) Aspect of the wedding day you are most nervous about - My FI parents have probably not spoken in 10 years. I know that will be cool, but I can't help but be a little bit nervous...

3) Aspect of the wedding that has been the most difficult to create or plan - The only time I fought with my mother was over the photograpy (she thought it was rediculous to pay so much... but that is how much professional photography costs!), the most difficult thing to create was a reception dress that I just finished and came out really well!

4) Location of wedding and ceremony (church, golf course, park shelter, etc.)

My small-town family 200-year-old family church in the country. Right after is a brunch in the new, bright fellowship hall. Later in the evening will be a informal party at my parents on the lawn.

5) Favorite wedding detail - We got super cute cake toppers!

6) Favorite part of your attire/appearance - I think it might actually be my make-up! I went to sephora and they showed me all these little tips to make myself look flawless! And I'm really proud that I'll be able to do it myself!

8) Type of cake you are having - Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting, half filled with fresh raspberry filling and half filled with mocha filling.

The thing that I'm most excited about is the moment when the church doors open and my dad and I are standing there and my FI gets to see me for the very 1st time. He has seen my dress, but it has been 18 months since he seen it and his memory for things like that aren't all that great, and he hasn't seen me in it yet.

Tripping over my dress or my own two feet while walking down the aisle or during our 1st dance.

3) Aspect of the wedding that has been the most difficult to create or plan
I think that picking my colors has to be the most difficult part. I changed them several times before I made a final decision.

My ceremony will be held at a historic church that was moved to a local park and our reception and cocktails will be at a banquet hall about 2 miles away.

5) Favorite wedding detail
I don't know which one to pick, I pondered so much about everything that I love everything about my wedding. But if I have to pick one thing it would have to be the coffee filter rose bouquet that I made to give away during the anniversary dance.

6) Favorite part of your attire/appearance
I LOVE my dress and my veil. I wasn't originally going to have a veil but when I found one that matches the lace and beading on my dress I couldn't say no.

I am walking down the aisle to Bridal March by Johnathan Cain and our 1st dance song is Bless the Broken Road by Rascal Flatts.

Our cake is 4 teir with 4 different flavors. 1st almond cake with raspberry filling 2nd is red velvet with cream cheese filling 3rd is strawberry swirl cake with strawberry mousse filling and 4th is banana nut with buttercream filling.

I would have to say the flowers just because our florist is really hard to get a hold of.

4 August - can't believe it's 3 days away!

1) Aspect of the wedding day you are most excited about, other than the moment where you actually get married

Our first dance. We have been taking lessons for 3 months, and we are super excited about it. And seeing B's face when he sees me. Actually I'm pretty excited about everything.

2) Aspect of the wedding day you are most nervous about

The flower girls and ring bearer not walking down the aisle. The weather. Our flowers not arriving, as a friend is fetching them on Saturday, but we are going to the venue on Friday already. Getting everything to the venue on Friday.

3) Aspect of the wedding that has been the most difficult to create or plan

I had a lot of trouble feeling comfortable with our florist, but I'm in a better place now. The RSVPs was stressful.

4) Location of wedding and ceremony (church, golf course, park shelter, etc.)

And Edwardian Mansion in the coutry for everything, including the Rehearsal dinner on Friday. We are spending the whole weekend there.

5) Favorite wedding detail

My wooden cake stand that my brother in law made for me. It is exquisite and turned out better than I could have hoped for. Also our succulent centerpieces that have turned out really beautiful too.

6) Favorite part of your attire/appearance

My nails! I had them done yesterday, and went against everything I wanted, but they are beautiful. And my veil that my mom hand beaded with our initials on.

8) Type of cake you are having

Traditional petit fours with a small fruit cake for the top tier, to keep for our first baby's christening (which hopefully doesn't take too long!)

I'm really excited again! A few weeks ago, I couldn't wait for it all to be over!

I am super excited to be married to my man! Also, the honeymoon is going to be pretty awesome.

I'm super nervous about my mom being a wreck. Also, FI has been writing some stuff for the Officiant to say and I'm not sure how the Officiant will take it. I just hope that he's not offended and decides to just say whatever.

I would say that coordinating with all these vendors has been a little crazy - it's definitely work.

4) Location of wedding and ceremony (church, golf course, park shelter, etc.)
At an old church building that is now in a park/museum, reception at a banquet hall about 6 mins away.

5) Favorite wedding detail
The crystal pegacorn that FI will smash at the end of the ceremony. Our entire ceremony will have been about how love changes you, and we loved the idea from the Jewish tradition that the glass being smashed is symbolic of that irreversible change.

Ok, I have a second, I am really looking forward to our cake topper... FI is making a hot air balloon topper!!

I love my fascinator! It was straight from Britain.

I don't even remember anymore. We just picked stuff that sounded good. All I remember is that it will be a round 3 layer cake for 75.

The photo booth! I am expecting great things out of my family and friends and can't wait to see the scrapbook the company we hired is making for us.

Two things: walking down the aisle with a stupid smile plastered to my face because I get nervous being the focus of everyone's attention and the other is my train wreck of a FSIL getting drunk and making a scene. I will kick her out!

I think the ceremony because we didn't hire an officiant so we are planning it ourselves.

An urban winery. The ceremony will be in an old brick alley and the reception indoors with exposed beams, brick, etc.

Flowers! I love flowers and I'm using dahlias, which I think will add just the right romantic touch.

Dress for sure. I love it!

<div>Our centerpieces are books, and the tables are named after our favorite books as well. Our favors are bookmarks that people can make with their photostrips from the photobooth. The readings from our wedding are drawn from literature. And we considered the idea of doing some sort of mad-libs, but I don't think we will get around to it. All of your ideas sound really great - I wish I had thought of some of them!</div>

Arch of Swords - it's my FI's two best buddies from Officer training, and it means a lot to us both that theyr'e coming. It was the very beginning of our relationship when he went to OCS, so these guys have been a part of our lives throughout our relationship. It's a really sentimental moment I'm looking forward to immensely!

2) Aspect of the wedding day you are most nervous about
Seating - our guest list is small, but the way the rooms are, things are a bit tight so I'm afraid tables will be super close. I trust our caterer, though, to make sure everyone has plenty of room. I'm also nervous about various people getting pissy - my grandfather is minutely closer to the head table than his ex-wife, my grandmother, and she might throw a fit; my friends are in a separate room, etc.

3) Aspect of the wedding that has been the most difficult to create or plan
Floating lanterns - my stupid venue coordinator won't respond to requests to see if we can do it or not. I have to drive 1 hour to the town where we're having the wedding to try to talk to the fire department to see if they'll let us do it, because then I'm just going to stop trying to get my venue's approval.

The lavender in the toss cones - it's going to smell gorgeous!

None! We do have Georgetown Cupcakes as favors, but for dessert we have a dessert station with fresh berry shortcake & a selection of chocolate desserts & lemon squares

Whether the reception will get totally set up. Our friends and family offered to help, but I'm nervous that I won't be around to help with this and there are a number of different things to be done.

Coordinating with everyone involved including guests, vendors, parents, etc.

The card box was one of the first DIYs but it is still my favorite. It is modeled after the cube in the Mario Bros games.

1) Having a family reunion/party with my family and friends and my fiance's family. What fun!
2) Either rain or too much heat. The ceremony is to be outdoors, but if it rains we'll have to move to the (much less romantic) ballroom. Also, if it's super hot, I'm going to rain sweat on my dress! Ack!
3) SO many people have RSVP'd, thinking that if they tell my parents or FI's parents they plan on coming, that counts. Um, no! And now it's looking like we'll have a much smaller wedding than I imagined. Boo.
4) Ceremony is on the patio of the hotel, surrounded by pine trees, right next to a creek. The reception is in the ballroom, which has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of said creek.
5) I'm DIY-ing cones made out of book pages, into which is going lavender for the guests to toss on us as we make our way back up the aisle after saying "I do." I think it'll be fun, romantic, and it'll make for some great pictures!
6) My beautiful, beautiful princess dress.

7) I'm walking down the aisle to "River Flows in You" by Sungha Jung. Our first dance will be to "Sparks" by Coldplay.
8) 4 tiers! Two tiers vanilla with fresh raspberry filling, two chocolate with fresh bavarian cream filling. It'll be iced in white buttercream, with all sorts of swirly blue patterns on it, and our awesome cake topper (two otters holding hands) to make it unique.

OMG I am so excited. This wedding becomes more and more real every day.

I'm wearing the pearl pendant necklace he gave me for our first Christmas. When I opened it, I remember thinking that I hoped and prayed I'd marry him someday...

Reception - VFW (my Grandpa served in the Navy and was a member of the VFW, so I am honoring his memory by having my reception there).
