Hi there! I'm actually getting married at Villa St. Clair in April. so I don't have a real review quite yet. I do know that its fairly new and don't be surprised if alot of vendors haven't heard of it. We just loved the outside and found it to be central enough for us at a better price than most of the venues downtown. I have been working with Kim and will say she is sometimes slow to respond, however that probably just because I'm use to working in a really fast paced industry. I'm also curious to see what other people have heard!!

Thanks, I've been talking to Kim and have a meeting on Thursday. Do you know what all is included in the package. I know that it is pretty reasonable, all I know is that the lighting is inluded along with all the stock things such as chairs, tables, china, ect. If you don't mind sharing any info about what you are getting in your package, I would LOVE to know, before I go on Thursday. THANKS

i don't know much about the details of booking the place, but my friend had her wedding their last december and it was very beautiful and relaxed. i believe it's more of an all inclusive place where they give you vendors you can use. the bridal suite is lovely and we had a wonderful time getting ready there! make sure you have a good map to give to guests...a lot of guests got lost on their way and the ceremony started late (which was no big deal).

I think the same things, not sure about the lighting - but the basic package is pretty standard. You have to use them for flowers and catering - I would have preferred to have been able to bring in my own flowers, but we are planning everything in 6 months, so it was just one less thing to figure out. You can bring in your own alcohol, have to hire their bartenders and their security. what else...oh, linens aren't included but a day of coordinator and an assistant are. The bridal suite is huge and really nice, and the bride has her own parking spot and private entrance :) My fiance liked the groom's suite because it has an xbox for them to play pre-wedding.

I have heard the same things about location - its very oddly located and was a concern for us. We are just going to be very diligent about providing maps/directions because mapquest is not correct. Make sure you follow the directions she sends because you will get lost otherwise! Happy planning!!
