my scale went haywire this morning. I am feeling about the same.

Last night was the first time I've worked out in about 2 weeks.  Between the excessive heat making me sweat, and losing some of my muscle mass, I've pretty much maintained and am up just 1/2 a pound!  My arms and legs got noticably smaller from NOT lifting, so I think I'll just keep away from the weights until after the wedding :)  My workout plan is just cardio, pushups, squats/lunges (bodyweight only) and crunches for the next two weeks.

I'm glad its summer because I've been craving lighter foods, so I'm not binging on comfort/warm foods.

maintained. Even after celebrating birthdays this past weekend. I'm about 6 pounds out from my goal, although if I'm not so realistic I'd say about 8 lbs out. Thankfully I have a little under a year and since its all the stubborn weight it'll probably take me right up to the day to get there.

I'm not weighing myself this week. It would just be too scary.  I haven't exercised since Thursday, I ate lots and lots of cake, candy and cheesesteak this weekend, plus its that TOM.  I think I would break the scale.   I'm back on the program today and will weigh in next Tuesday.

On the plus side, I felt really confident at my shower this weekend and like how I looked in the pictures.  Plus a few people said they could see a difference in my arms, which is a big deal for me.  So I feel okay about slipping for a few days!

I am 28 and i have been about the same weight since high school. My weight fluctuates from 115-125. However right now i am 113. I do not diet. I don't eat right. I am probably one of the most unhealthy people. (Diet wise)  LOL.. I eat junk food all the time and All I drink is Pepsi.

I am what they call one of the "lucky ones" However I am most certain one day it will catch up with me. LOL.

I do want to tone my legs though. They are the one thing i am not happy with. But as women most of the time there's SOMETHING about ourselves were all not happy with I guess.

KimBG - You are one of the lucky ones!  I'm 28 too, and about 15lbs heaver than I was in college.  Cutting out sports and adding in alcohol is not a good combo for me!

Feel free to ignore this weekly weigh in post :)

    Blah.

I am not weighing myself, but I am sure I stayed the same.   Went to a wedding Friday and drank way too much - havent eaten that bad, but also havent exercised in almost a week, it's been WAY too hot out.

I have my "official" weigh in at work tomorrow, but I should be about the same.  My first dress fitting is 2 weeks from tomorrow, so I would love to be down 3 or 4 pounds by then.  I think it's doable - as long as I stay away from the Graham Slam in the freezer!

I've only had graham slam once, but I'll never forget it. hehe  I might have to add it to my list of "food I can eat after the wedding when I let myself go".

I gained a pound. I'm kind of not surprised but at the same time I am. I was good all week and then my shower I had a lot of food. I ate all my filet and crab cake and potatoe wedges and I had a nice slice of chocolate fudge cake. mmmmm.

I wish it would get cooler so I can go running outside and not on the treadmill. It's sooo boring on the treadmill...

Cara -  You are going to turn into me in a year.  I had a huge list of "I can eat this this this and that after the wedding, yay!" and meanwhile gained 15 lbs doing so.  But uh, it WAS totally worth it.  Just be prepared to want the weight off again 6 months later:)

Haha, I actually need to keep on top of myself so that doesn't happen.  I have a gala in November, a wedding in late November and more importantly, a wedding in January where an ex will be a guest and I need to look hot.  Maybe after that I'll let myself go.

LOL I have willpower, I just take one scoop of it when it something like this. I am a fan of the lower fat and lower cal ice creams though... and the mini cones that are like 140 cals.  :)  I am intrigued... I have to get it! haha.
