I'm Back with Checks!

Hey y'all, I really missed the knot, I had 2 weeks of finals and I'm so glad I'm done! I did lurk on here every once in a while, but my last 2 weeks has been study filled. I survived and now I am half way through my DPT program! I hope this next year and a half goes by fast so I can get a real job and start making the big bucks! Anyway, during my study breaks I was able to get some checks done:

-Booked hotel room blocks for OOT guests

-Started working on my invitations, I finished cutting all my paper and printing the invite, now I just have to print my inserts and assemble my pocketfolds

-FI and his groomsmen picked out their tuxes (FI went against my wishes and got a white tux, I wasn't too happy, but it's minor in the grand scheme of things)

-Took my dress in for my fitting

-Got my wedding shoes

-Not really a check, but I lost a bridesmaid, gained a bridesmaid, and lost that same one all in 24 hours lol. So FI's side and my side will be very uneven at the wedding, but like one of my BM's told me, at least I know the people standing up there for me are the people that love me and are the closest to me

I think that's all I got done, I have the next month off of school for the holidays so I'm hoping to get a lot more done.

@admallard and eagles, I will be in Warner Robins Jan 5-8 so if you all are free, we should meet up.

I'm glad you got through finals. A friend of mine just graduated with her DPT in May so hang in there! It is very worth it. Congrats on all of your checks! And your friend was right about the BM thing.

<div>Haha, yea I procrastinated with my studying some days and then towards the end, as my number of finals tapered off, I had a little more extra time to get some wedding stuff done.</div>

I'll be busy Jan 7-8 for my rehearsal and my wedding but Jan 5-6 should be fine to meet up!
