I get most of my news there (Time & Huffington Post) and follow some celebrities. Oh and of course wedding stuff (Offbeat Bride, Brides Magazine, Style me Pretty, The Knot)

I never post anything though.

I am. I follow friends and a lot of local businesses/groups. I think it is pretty cool being able to connect with companies that you frequent and actually be heard by them. A lot of them will have contests and giveaways too. I've won museum tickets, IMAX tickets, passes to Callaway Gardens, a free dinner for two... Plus I've mentioned my Sears tweet before.

Every time something major happens, or there's a rumor of something major, I go to Twitter.

As I stood in my doorway during the earthquake, I remember thinking that I should have grabbed my phone so I could check Twitter!

During the Virginia Tech lock down, their student paper was tweeting constant news and pictures. So nice when everyone and their brother things they have the story and even the cable news is reporting things without any credible source.
