  Hi! What kind of place do you want? How many people do you need it to hold? Indoors or outdoors? I would look to seperate catering and venue. Those old historic houses around charge a lot of money.

  how many people are you looking to have for that amount?   I am having 150 people - open bar and stations, cocktail hour and reception with open bar for both - and i think for all that i am under 20K at the Embassy Suites - can't say 100% as our food has not been finalized yet - that I am under to 20K - but fairly certain I am
  Embassy Suites in Cary is where mine is being hel 9-28-2013....
  as long as you are not looking for Oct 5, 2013 ---- that is the date I originally wanted and they were already booked for that  date
