Anyone have any experiences that they could share about having a winter (January) wedding at Gibett Hill?

    I went to a fall wedding here, and the venue is really pretty with all of the lights in the barn.....
    However I was personally not impressed with the actual service, their timing wasn't great. Some tables had their entree before we had our starter it felt like!
    BUT the bread baskets on the tables had delicious corn bread and cinnamon rolls.
