Does this sound like enough food?

So we're having our reception at 2 pm and since we're on a tight budget, we're only having light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres.

Here's the list of stuff so far to feed about 80 people:

-Water (ice optional)
-Pop
-Beer
-Red or white wine (haven't decided yet)
-Pumpkin and apple pies (since the VR is in the fall)
-Veggie platters
-Fruit salad
-Wedding and chicken noodle soups
-Cheese and crackers
-Mini grilled cheese sandwiches
-Possibly mini cheeseburgers
-Potato or macaroni salad

Also, there will be a wedding cake and a cake cutting in honor of my grandparents because the day of mine and my husband's vow renewal would have been my grandparents' 50th anniversary had they been alive. So lots of cake, too!

Is this a good list? Should I include more stuff?

Certainly have something with a little meat so the cheeseburgers are a good add on and for 80 that seems fine for that time frame, remember most people eat lunch between 11-2 depending on their daily schedules.

That sounds excellent for a 2 PM reception. It's more than enough.  Some people could even make a full meal out of that.

If you're not going to offer both, I'd go with the red wine if it's in the fall.  Goes better with apple and pumpkin pie and chilly weather. =)

I think the food sounds fine! even as a vegetarian, i could eat.   If it's possible to offer both wines do so (or maybe just do a blush? or if you must only do red or white i would go with the white).
