I've been bad and I was SO good for most of the week!!
Yesterday B: Special K bar L: spinach salad, 1 portion bag of Chex mix S: apple homemade ribs in the crock pot, rf mac & cheese, fresh steamed broccoli
Today B: 1/2 banana chocolate chip muffin (w/ whole wheat & brown sugar according to the coffee shop), ff vanilla latte L: sweet & sour chicken gnocchi w/ beans & spinach (from Eating Well />500 calories dinner)
We have a friend's wedding tomorrow so I'm SURE dinner won't be healthy

MARRIED!
Today: B: lavish oatmeal with greek yogart L: was taken out to lunch, had a couple of tater tots from the appetizer (my friend is a bad influence!) and then had a turkey burger with jalapeno and guacamole on it but did not eat the bun
To Do: Driving up to MN tonight, so depending on when I can get off work will determine if I can get a workout in or not (my boss mentioned yesterday that I might get off early if the afternoon is slow, which it is going to be, but he seemed like he was in a bad mood earlier today so i'm not sure that will happen anymore ) TBD
Yesterday: salad W/O: didn't -- getting beautified at the hair salon!
Today: B: half banana ww muffin S: Greek blueberry yougurt L: ww turkey ??? W/O: walk/run our furbabies and do some serious power shopping - flying out next week!!!
