Getting in Shape

double post.

Damn TK ate my first thread. I really hope this doesn't result in a double post.

Anyway, I lifted and did the elliptical last night. Tonight will be a 3-5 mile run. 

I'm so excited for the weekend.  FI and I are starting our registry tomorrow and I get Monday off!

How did everyone do?  Any fun plans coming up?

  • Well I can't read what the one below said so I'm just going to post here for the moment.  Last night I did a light eliptical workout around 20 minutes just to warm up and then did arms and abs.

    Tonight I'm meeting a friend for dinner and meeting her new boyfriend.  I haven't seen her in such a long time so I am excited :)  No exercise tonight besides walking the dog.  Saturday I'm hoping to do a long run.
