Hello beautiful ladies! Me and my FI just got back from the Philippines with some checks! We decided to forego the blue Barongs for the groomsmen and get a natural Ivory color instead. We couldn't find the right blue color we both liked and we were in a time crunch. They are all being made to order. FI also decided to get one for himself to change into during the reception. Now we just need to buy all the men's pants to go with the Barongs.
Also got palm fans for half the price here in the US! The palm fans would be for the ceremony so people can cool off. We also got sandalwood fans, which we will use as a table place holder over the plates. Again at such a cheap price. We had to buy a bigger luggage to fit all the items we bought, but even the luggage was at a bargain. In the end we spent 25% of our budget for the fans and Barongs. So happy to be saving so much and yet get very good quality items.
As for our vacation, it was great! Can't believe we left paradise to come home to 45F degree weather...brrr! Pictures on Facebook hee hee.
