Venues near beachfront/bayview in Miami that allow outside catering

Anyone know of any venues near the beach  ( not the shane center) that can hold about 100- 120 people and allow outside catering? Im looking for a place that would  have some sort of view of the ocean or availability for an outside ceremony,indoor reception. thanks ladies!
