My 20 year old sister recently moved to Emerald Isle and doesn't know the area very well yet. She needs to get her bridesmaid dress altered, but there aren't many places in town. She says that Morehead City and Jacksonville are the two closes "bigger" cities near her, but doesn't know anyone she can ask for recommendations.
Soooo--any of you ladies who may happen to live near those areas have any recommendations?? Thanks!
