Anyone game? I'm thinking that maybe the Thursday, December 30th? I don't want to start getting into actual holidays. Let me know if this works for anyone. I don't mind planning it so if you have suggestions, let me know.

Here are some ideas I found:

*Atlantic Station (they have shops, resaurants, bars, clubs, special events, etc all in one location)
*Centennial Park Ice Skating Rink
*Pole Dancing classes

I can't seem to find anymore ideas. What about the ladies who actually live in ATL? Where are some places that you love to go? What are some places that are good for a "girls night out"?

You had good suggestions, Ashley. The only thing about the pole party is that with just a few people, it can get costly. Atlantic Station has some nice spots. We could also grab a bite and then hit up Centennial.

Legal Seafood is great...that's my suggestion.

After that, Atlantic Station - awesome Mexican restaurant there as well as the Cheesecake Bistro, Fox Sports, and California Pizza Kitchen.

Great suggestions. I like the idea about getting something to eat and maybe checking out Centennial. Maybe we could go to Atlantic Station and eat and shop (window shop for me lol!) and then go ice skating in Centennial. I think the website said that ice skating was $7.

Atlanta has a lot of nice lounge/restaurant type spots - Atlantic station is nice, aja, twist, shout - you can have a nice dinner/drinks, then dance it off afterwards...or uptown comedy club is nice also.

I know of the Twist that's near Phipps, didn't realize that Atlantic Station has one as well. What's it near?

What are your top 2-3 restaurant suggestions?

Would you participate (for sure) in an after-dinner activity (i.e. class, dancing, bowling, ice skating, etc.)? If so, what is your preference?

I can't really answer this one because I'm not familiar with any restaurants in ATL and I've never been to Atlantic Station!

Hi Ladies...as of know our knottie GTG is being postponed AGAIN.

I waited until the last possible minute, but the interest for our GTG just is not really here. I'm thinking maybe it's the holiday? Does anyone know roughly how many Atlanta knotties we have on this board? Should we fuse with the Atlanta board's GTG that they are trying to have sometime soon? Idk...

I will contact some of the knotties that used to frequent this board that have gotten married to see if they might want to come to one at a later date.
