So-
My venue's wedding coordinator resigned. THREE months ago. Nobody told me/my planner. In fact the new "sales director" told me that I would have been on his "List" to contact about two and a half weeks from NOW!
Now they are acting a little shady about things that are on our contract. I met with the new "sales director" who line by line said "well, we don't usually do things this way"......which to me, is code for "I might forget to do that".......not that I couldn't go after them for breach after the fact, but I want my day to go smoothly!
Anyone on the boards use/know of anyone who used Four Points Sheraton BWI? I've been super impressed by their coordinator so far...and am THISCLOSE to switching venues.
Sorry about the rant, I'm really worked up about this
