  To do your reception with reception planner is $600.00 This is a reduced rate by $200.00 for booking early. This will cover you for a 5 hour performance block.  Set-up time, break-down time, is "our time". It includes our typical 1-2 hour sit in session to plan & coordinate your event. We are not just DJ's but also wedding & event coordinators. Our wedding reception package does come with lighting upon request.  We use the new lighting technology called intelligent lighting—the same units that are used in the finer nightclubs. We'll create your timeline with order of events, announcements, special music selections, do's don'ts, etc.   As to what you can expect from your DJ: We act as your M.C., coordinating with you and your guests and alerting you to the formalities that will take place and facilitating them such as: The Cake Cutting, The Toast, The First Dance, The Father/Daughter Dance, The Bouquet & Garter Toss.   The DJ makes the transition from formal to festive, promoting a dance atmosphere by playing a wide variety of music to appeal to the broad age spectrum of your guest and by tastefully interacting with them, all the while spotlighting the Couple of Honor as opposed to spotlighting himself.  You can expect your DJ to be appropriately attired, helpful, punctual and professional.  Your DJ will be well versed in all music genres and adept in public speaking and microphone technique.

   

  Quote valid for 7 days. Price is inclusive, no hidden charges, DJ & All gear is included for the event. If you decided this is something you would like to do,  I can email you the contract, The balance is due that evening upon completion.  We don't require a deposit, just a signed contract.  We, of course, will accept a deposit or prepayment at your discretion.
