Hey all! Hope you had a great weekend. TK is being buggy as ever right now and it's making me mad!
Friday was my off day from exercise... Saturday I ran between 4-5 miles (I need to double check), Sunday I didn't "exercise" but I had cleaned the house, grocery shopped, and took the dog on a nice long walk. Tonight will be a lifting night at the gym, with maybe a little bike mixed in. I want to run but I haven't done any strength training in awhile.
How did you all do this weekend?!
