Workout Accountability: Monday

Hey all!  Hope you had a great weekend.  TK is being buggy as ever right now and it's making me mad!

Friday was my off day from exercise... Saturday I ran between 4-5 miles (I need to double check), Sunday I didn't "exercise" but I had cleaned the house, grocery shopped, and took the dog on a nice long walk.  Tonight will be a lifting night at the gym, with maybe a little bike mixed in.  I want to run but I haven't done any strength training in awhile.

How did you all do this weekend?!

  • On Saturday I did some resistance training at home, on Sunday I played volleyball (3 v 3)

    Today I am playing 2 volleyball matches, then completing the first day of the 100 push-up challenge!

  • Saturday was spin class again.  Sunday I didn't work out but I had to work we were setting wall for new flow tonight in the store so I could count that as working out.  Lifting and moving mannequins for 6 hours.

    Tonight I plan on either doing a half hour on the elliptical or treadmill.  What ever isn't full when I get the gym after work.
  • Sat: spin
    Sun: lift - chest & back
    Today: am spin, and i'm dragginggg

  • Nice job ladies! Saturday was my day off, Sunday I walked through the city of Chicago, and today I got in a kickboxing workout.

  • Sat- 10 minutes step machine, 45 mins elliptical
    Sun- 40 mins elliptical
    Mon- 35 mins elliptical and 60 min body pump class
