Accountability - Tuesday

Alright, what's up with me? I slept in through my alarm this morning, so no morning run... Grr! Someone kick my butt back into its normal routine again! lol

How was yesterday/this morning for everyone else?

  • I had a good day yesterday- 40 minutes bike riding, 30 minutes for legs and 1 hr for abs.cardio.

    Today I am swimming.

    I need to keep on top of my eating. I have only 8 more lbs to go :D

  • Doing okay. My period came a day early so yesterday I indulged a little with my food choices. Between the junky day I had, feeling stressed with the backlog of stuff at work, and then that happening, calories took a temporary (but all out crazy let loose binge fest) spot on the back burner. 

    Need some good recommendations for toning exercises at home. I'd be okay with not losing the 3 extra pounds I want to lose if I could get more toned. Any good suggestions?

  • Yesterday FI and I made fajitas for dinner which ended up sitting heavier with us than we expected.  So tennis turned into just a run.  Running and I have a love-hate relationship....I mentally struggle to get myself to do it and hate my life during a run but LOVE LOVE LOVE how I feel after (once the nausea goes away of course).  I do sometimes get into a kick where I like to run but I normally have to push myself enough to start seeing/feeling the results of it. 

    Tonight we are going to run or play tennis.  And, while watching the Heat game I'm going to do some work with weights.
  • Last night I took the kids at work to aqua zumba and that was fun. Today I plan on going for a run before work but I just need to push my butt in gear. My eating is the problem. I am trying very hard to get my eating habits in order but I am in stress eating mode right now.
