I have been going a little wedding crazy lately. :)

I just bought my shoes.

I don't even have a VENUE yet.

or a dress.

but I have my shoes.

and 3500 blue scatter crystals.

    Can't say I've done anything backwards yet unless you count ordering orange shoes online before my dress was ordered.

    I'm sticking with the traditional order. I didn't want to do anything until the venue was booked, since it can determine the feel of the entire wedding/reception. I was worried I'd end up buying things I wouldn't need.

    I'm definitely not going in order this is what I have done so far:

    1.)Dress
    2.)Venue
    3.)Photographer
    4.)Picked our wedding colors
    5.)Card box (DIY project)
    6.)painted letters for reception that say "we do" and "thank you"

    I'm out of order, too! I've had shoes for a couple years, and FI got me a typewriter that then inspired our theme/colors and will be at the reception, and we just bought our wedding bands! We have visited our venue and are currently in the process of getting a contract worked out. We won't be confirming our date until late June/early July for various reasons, though.
