Most Courtyard by Marriott Hotels will provide a free shuttle within 19 miles of the hotel if you book at least 10 rooms.

There are alot of hotels in the Airport/I475 and the Salisbury/I475 area.  They are only about 8-10 miles from your reception.  If you call the hotel directly they will give you a group rate and reserve a block of rooms and a date that they need to be reserved by before they release the remaining rooms.

    Carrie,

Let me start by saying that I enjoyed every moment of our reception.  However, it was nice when it ended too.  We helped clean up, loaded gifts into the car, and then we went to a hotel- just the two of us.  This was literally the first time we really got to spend together alone all day, and it was nice to get that time before we were too exhausted to enjoy it.  I would have really been disappointed to go to a hotel and be expected to entertain people some more.  Just some food for thought.

We stayed at the Belamere Suites which were amazing!  I do realize these are a little pricey though.  We had heard good things about Fairfield Inn and Suites off of Benore near Alexis.  We had originally planned to stay there in a jacuzzi suite and it was about half of the cost.

If you are still planning to stay in the same hotel and keep partying with your guests, you may struggle a little bit to find a place that offers suites but still has (at least what I would consider to be) inexpensive rooms for the rest of your guests.  Personally, I would reserve a block of rooms at a hotel that you think will please the most people with the balance of cost vs. amenities all while taking into consideration how close it is to the reception and whether or not there is a shuttle.  Perhaps you can tag along to this hotel for an hour or two to keep celebrating and then leave to go to a hotel where you have a suite reserved.  Also, you may want to ask if the hotels offer late check outs.  You and your husband may not want to be rushed out of a hotel room by 11:00 if you are getting there quite late.

Rak123-Last time I checked Nazareth hall was just outside the pickup radius.  One bride ad planned to rent 2 vans from the airport since it was close and have two people shuttle people back and forth to the hotel.  If there was a hotel that would provide a shuttle to Nazareth hall they would make a killing.

well i was thinking that we would pretty much go back to the hotel (to someone else room...lol)with the guests for an hour or 2 and then go to our suite alone
