Bridal Party Transportation and Rehearsal Dinner

My FMIL wants to work on transportation - i.e limo/SUV limo. Any vendor suggestions?

Also, does anyone have suggestions for rehearsal dinner near Heinz Chapel? Something nice, sit down, wine, but not too formal.

TIA!

    Hi Linds!  I am no help with the RD, but we are using Elite Limos.{{Clicky}}
    Sumer helped us with transportation.  She worked with a lady named Rachel.  I only had to deal with her for the signing of the contract and deposit, but she was super helpful and friendly.

    Good luck!

    Pittsburgh September Siggy - Our honeymoon will be at the Royal Suites Turquesas in P*nta Cana. Super excited!

    I am getting married at Heinz Chapel in November and we are doing our RD at Joe Mama's as Tara suggested.  They can do family-style or buffet in a private space for your group.  They are very reasonably priced and Deb is great to work with!

    I would suggest Mallorca on the Southside for a rehearsal dinner.  It's right across the Birmingham Bridge, they have valet parking and it's pretty casual.  Wine, domestic beer and Sangria are included in the price.  We're having 4 apps, 7 entree choices, 3 desserts and all alcohol for @ $50/pp.

    Our rehearsal is also in Oakland and we're having our RD at Bucca di Beppo in Station Square.You may want to check it out if you're still looking.  I believe it's served family style and they have several reasonably priced packages to choose from. I haven't been, but have heard from several people that the food is really good:)

    As for transportation - we used Shamrock limo. The price was ok ( i can't remember how much exactly) but i do know that we waited a bit too long to book transportation because most places we called were already booked so we weren't able to price shop as much.
     i think we booked transportation about 4 1/2 months out.

    RD - hmm I dont have any other suggestions besides what was brought up. If i thnk of something though I'll let you know!
