best Champagne cake?

I have my heart set on a Champagne flavored cake or cupcake anyone know a baker in Seattle who is REALLY good at them?Tongue out

    sorry... I had a champagne cake for our wedding and it was INCREDIBLE!!! But she's up in Bellingham.. So I'm useless.. lol
    Sounds like you have some tastings to attend :P

    You might want to check out Starry Nights Catering in Kirkland...they have boutique flavors, one of which is a champagne flavor.  I will be doing a tasting there, even though it's kind of on the high end of what we want to spend for a wedding cake.
