    I was just bragging to people how much sleep I've gotten recently... and last night my mind was going crazy and I did not sleep AT ALL.  It's probably the worst night's sleep I've had since I was 5, waiting for Santa.

    I'm home sick today, I have really bad cramps and I feel like crap.  I feel like my deputy head judged me today when I told her what was wrong with me.  I feel like women who don't have really bad periods don't understand, it sucks.  Additionally I was supposed to see a gyn this week and now I can't go.

    Feel better.

    I don't get cramps as bad b/c of BC but I feel like my period still sucks the life out of me. I have no energy what so ever. I imagine every one must feel this way.

    I showered just before bed last night, so I didn't have to wash my hair this morning in the shower.  Otherwise I would have been late!

    MH - I am going to start showering at night for this reason. I get to sleep in so much longer in the morning!

    Morning!! I am sitting in Starbucks enjoying a Pumpkin Spice latté :)   First of the season! First day of fall!! I love today!

    NCV- I just got off my BCP and had super bad cramps before I even started my period. I hate that. I suggest a heating pad. Works good for me. Feel better.

    MH- I got up last week at 7:18 and was supposed to be at work at 7:30... thank goodness I live 8 mins away! And I hate showering before work, so I rarely do it. I confess sometimes I shower at work since I am there the most anyways :)
