Did you attend the Running of the Brides?

Hi, I am a newlywed and consumer researcher at Northern Kentucky University.  I became interested in bridal gown shopping while going through my own wedding last year.

I am conducting a short study on people's experiences at the Running of the Brides.  Would you spend 3-5 minutes to take a short survey?  If so, please click the link below.  When you're finished you'll be redirected back to The Knot.  Please email me with any questions.  (nicholsb1@nku.edu).  No personal information is being collected and you will not get any spam or follow up.

Yes I did! I went after work with my mom and one of my bridesmaids. We got there around 7ish Friday evening and it was still pretty busy, but not crazy so it was doable! I am not a huge fan of crowds and crazyness. While I stayed at our place to change, in a corner with a couple other brides around one of the few mirrors, they brought me dresses to try on. It was such fun!!!

I fell in love with one dress! I felt like a princess and it made me feel beautiful! I loved how flattering it was!

I did years ago.  It was early on in my wedding planning, so I didn't buy anything.  But it was tons of fun!  We camped out the night before.  If you go, bring extra people to hold a mirror for you and "guard" your picks.
