    <div>$0.80 for a pocketfold is not pricey...</div>
  • well i was already quoted .66 for a complete invitation set inclding pocket fold, invitation, rsvp card, accomidations card, rsvp envelope and mailing envlope

so to pay more for just the pocket fold would be silly!!
  • If you were quoted .66 for the whole shebang - do it. you will not find a cheaper price.

  • WOW! That's amazing...who has them that cheap?  Too late for us, because daughter's are already purchased (from Cards 'n Pockets), but her best friend is just starting to plan...
  • 66 cents each for the entire ensemble! Thats amazing! Please share where we can find these!
  • its from a local older lady who works in a local print shop doing invitations, honestly i dont think they get as much business as they should, she never really quoted us standard prices, we told her we were thinking we would need about 125 invitations and we wanted to keep in under 100 bucks, so we had actually planned on diy kits from somewhere but she said shed work with us, and offered us 125 invitation ensambles for 85 with tax. we didn't expect to get a good price from them we kinda went in there on a wim, and i just wanted to make sure she is the best deal because all i have ever priced was do it yourself kits
  • I'm going to go out on a limb and say they gave you a lower price so they could get some good word-of-mouth advertising from you and boost business.  You won't find a better deal than that just about anywhere.

HOWEVER, that's only a great deal if they can give you what you want.  If you've already seen some of their work and are satisfied with the quality, then by all means, go for it!  If not, then it might be worth it to DIY them.  Although, for your budget you would probably have to make the pocketfolds yourself, unless you'd be willing to bump up your budget just a bit.  I'm using Paperandmore.com for all of my supplies (with one exception), and will be able to make 50 invitations, 100 menu cards, and miscellaneous signs for $190, which is still a better deal than going with just about any business (except maybe Vistaprint).
