anyone else have a FI who is going for a mani before the wedding???  I have always wanted my FI to get his nails cleaned up so for the wedding I am taking him with me to get a mani. He wont have polish but I thought that if the photographer does a shot of our hands with rings that he should look nice.

    Ooo- I hadn't even thought about this.

    Probably won't have FI get anything done, but I will have him trim his nails nicely- As opposed to the usual man trim he gives himself with whatever sharp cutting thing he has handy ;p

    My FI actually is always a little self conscious about his nails - he always has me clean them up for him before interviews and such. He has gotten a legit mani with me before (just buffed, no polish of course) and he liked the results! He would kill me for saying this on here, so let's just hope he never snoops and find this post haha.

    He will probably go with me before the wedding as long as the girls aren't with us!

    I hadn't thought about it either, but I could actually see my FI being interested in this (You know, as long as I promise not to tell any of his friends!).

    I have tried so hard to talk FI into this. BUT I know that will not go over too well he is too much of a "MAN" as he says.

    yea...my FI needs one..but there is no way he would step foot in one of those *places*...lol so im gonna have to force him to let me give him one. lol

    My man is owns a car repair shop, so this is definitely a good idea for him. Hes totally a 'mans man' but I have a feeling he would let me clean them up, or get a mani with me (of course no polish). He tries to take care of them as best as he can and cleans them on a daily basis, but grease and dirt tend to get stuck and not want to come off. Thanks for the idea!

    I am THRILLED to hear that my FI isn't the only person who does that! I think it's so gross when he sits there cutting his nails with some random knife....

    Yes my FI is going with me and the girls. LOL. Since he owns a landscaping business his hands/nails are always black so he doesnt have a choice ;)
