Seating Chart and Place cards, done :)

Yesterday I worked really hard on getting the seating chart done. We called everyone who did not send their RSVP back and got a hold of them all except for one but her mother said she is fairly certain she can't make it. 

This morning I worked on writing out the place cards and I got them all done.

My final count is 78. I have 8 tables. 
4 tables of 10,
1 table of 12,
2 tables of 9,
and one table of 8

Best of all is that we were able to seat people with other guests they knew! I am so happy I got this major task done!

    My final head count changed due to a phone call we just got. One of FI's friends is bringing his gf afterall.

    So now I'm at 79. My goal from the start was to be at 75 so I'm not that far off.

    Awesome! I have a preliminary seating chart done but it includes everyone invited. I have to adjust it once I have all the RSVPs back.

    I finished mine the other night also!! Was a total relief!! Congrats on completeing yours. Our final count is at 163. We invited WAY more then that so we are happy with that number and is around what were thinking would actually be able to make it!!

    Oh i am so jealous!!  I should have worked on mine this weekend, but just needed some fun and relax time to get over my sickness...
