Welcome Dinner Wording

So we're having a welcome dinner the night before our wedding poolside at the Sarasota downtown Hyatt. Most of the wording suggestions I have found online are pretty formal sounding, its not a luau or anything I want people to realize that it's super casual and definitely something they can wear flip flops and shorts too. Is anyone good with wording stuff like this? Thanks!

    I said: "Once you arrive in town, join us for a casual pool-side picnic. Food & fun provided!"
