Does anyone know where there is any Consignment shops or discount stores located near Sacramento or just outside. I'm willing to drive. I just can't seem to find any online. I've already visited "Tickled Pink" on Fair Oaks in Carmichael but no luck. I'm looking for more. I need to find a dress for under 600.00 and I prefer a ball gown style.
